Convert String to Base64 format

To run the project, follow the basic steps:

1. Clone this repository https://github.com/scarfreak/Base64EncoderWebAPI.git then run it.
2. Clone the repository https://github.com/scarfreak/Base64EncoderReactJS.git
3. Run 'npm install' to install all the packages in package.json in Powershell/Command Prompt Terminal
4. Run 'npm start'
