Change: Improved handling of columns. Will fix wrong columns on some themes.
Change: Photo titles can now applied to all photo sizes.
Change: Smaller font for thumbnail titles.
Change: Photo descriptions can now applied to all photo sizes.
Fix: Position Photo titles on some theme.
Added "Max" columns to allow as many photos in a row as possible.
Many minor improvements.
