• Inference Server: Fixed startup and shutdown wiring, including static asset mounting, idempotent environment loading, and shutdown exception surfacing.
• Docker & SQLite: Enforced LF line endings on the Docker entrypoint and implemented automatic schema migration for SQLite databases.
• Shared Utilities: Consolidated IP extraction logic and path exclusion into shared utilities; hardened the rate limiter to correctly ignore proxy headers when trusted_proxies is empty.
