I build spatial analysis pipelines and remote sensing applications for marine and coastal science. My work sits at the intersection of field ecology, acoustic telemetry, and cloud-native geospatial tools.
Predator Movement & Habitat Fidelity — 11-year acoustic telemetry study of 7 marine predator species across the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary. 277 transmitters, 13 receivers, residency index modeling.
Ecological Forecasting — Multivariate GLM/GAM pipeline modeling fish community structure responses to SST, wind, chlorophyll, and kelp biomass forcing in the California Current. Models integrated with GFDL-ESM2M projections through 2100.
Coastal Water Quality — Spatiotemporal FIB mapping across West Hawaiʻi identifying high-risk cesspool infrastructure zones. Published findings supported County of Hawaiʻi / DLNR mitigation project.
