Release 1.0.0

I have just released 0.3.0 with the new polyglot mechanism.

Two things need to be done before releasing 1.0.0 and make an announcement on the forum:

• Wait for @ctrueden to merge the grab mechanism (or create a separate scijava repo): Add grabbing mechanism scijava-common#265

• Wait for a new Scijava release so the grab mechanism will work and the autocomplete PR can be merged: Add autocompletion support #31
