You can skip the license update using the --skip-license-update flag

The posted snippet from the script says why it fails, what it expects and how to skip the check if you don't want to. Can you specify the issue?

Hi @frauzufall , thanks for checking in. Yes, the error is clear and the solution too. I raised the issue because I modeled (copied) the fiji/jython-autocompletions pom.xml from an existing, up-to-date scijava repos, from which the GPL_3 string came from. Hence the surprise.

@acardona So the bug is with the project you copied. Which project? I did a grep over all fiji, imagej, imglib, scifio, scijava, bigdataviewer, trakem2, and known (to me) SciJava-based community repositories, and found the string GPL_3 in only one project: https://github.com/tinevez/TrackMate-extras. Is that the one you copied? CC @tinevez

I didn't, I think it was the script-editor's. Perhaps the pom.xml wasn't up to date after all.

In any case this is solved, but good to catch the (minor) issue with TrackMate.
