The new nexus file is a sampled file with patched geometry.
It has the correct transformation chain in the detector data group.
The events are filled with sampling method using mcstas probabilities.
The plan is to isolate all the mcstas specific stuff into
mcstasmodule and update the ESS standard workflow.
