Executive summary

We need a data reduction workflow for bent samples measured with a collimated beam.

Context and background knowledge

When doing collimated reflectometry it's possible to compute the reflectivity profile even if the sample is bent.

Seems like we might not have to do a lot here at all. We already use the "coherent summing method" described in the article.
Which should handle bent samples automatically assuming the beam is coherent (not focusing).

According to the article the resolution function is also unchanged.

theta is also unchanged, but divergence_angle does change - it is of course be 0 for a coherent beam.
Instead of the divergence_angle we should probably add a coordinate that represents how much the sample is bent.

To implement this we need some test data from a bent sample or a simulation from a bent sample.
