Tightens a few small UX issues in chat sessions: collapses the model-side timing badges into a single
thinking Xslabel beside the assistant header, switches tool-row timings tothinking Xms, running Ymsin the default font, makes message and tool copy buttons persistent, and raises the Recent Sessions drawer above the top bar.
