This adds the ability to retrieve a list of strings from a SciToken claim; this is envisioned to be useful for things like lists of groups from the WLCG.

This adds a simple API for querying for a list of strings set as values in a claim.
This should be useful for things in the future such as getting a list of groups from the token's claims.
(NOTE: This is built on the
fix_gtestbranch in #23 -- merge that first)
