Deploy guides: pull the prebuilt GHCR image instead of building from source docker-publish.yml now builds the image once in CI and pushes it to ghcr.io/scotcw/vgde on every push to master. Updated the three deploy guides' docker-compose.yml examples to use image: instead of building from the repo's git URL, and rewrote Updating a Deployment around docker compose pull + version-tag pinning instead of docker compose build --no-cache.
