Uploading a project doesn't update monitor positions

Expected Behavior

Monitors appear as they were saved in the file

Actual Behavior

Monitors appear where they were before opening the file

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/editor/'
2. Show a variable and a list
3. Move the variable and the list to the bottom left corner
4. Save the project to your computer
5. Move the variable and the list to somewhere else
6. Load the saved project
   Note: The variable and the list didn't return to the saved position

You're really monitoring monitors, eh? ;)
One weird thing I noticed: it seems like some monitors move as expected, and others don't. It might be that only monitors for built-in properties, like a sprite's position or size, move correctly.
