Uploading a project doesn't update monitor positions #322

Expected Behavior

Monitors appear as they were saved in the file

Actual Behavior

Monitors appear where they were before opening the file

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/editor/'
  2. Show a variable and a list
  3. Move the variable and the list to the bottom left corner
  4. Save the project to your computer
  5. Move the variable and the list to somewhere else
  6. Load the saved project
    Note: The variable and the list didn't return to the saved position

I've tested it on Windows 10, Chrome 140
