Origin shift on copy/paste

Expected Behavior

Copying a costume then pasting it into a new blank costume should create an identical costume.

Actual Behavior

Depending on the costume, the origin / rotation center may shift.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add costume "bat2-a" to a sprite
2. Open the "bat2-a" costume in the paint editor
3. Drag a box around the whole costume to select everything
4. Click the "Copy" button
5. Click "Add Blank Costume"
6. Click the "Paste" button
7. Switch between the two costumes and note that they shift slightly on the stage.

I'm not able to repro this. I don't see the bat shift between it and its copy in the paint editor. However, I do see the thumbnail of the 2 bats shift.

This may be another case of scratchfoundation/scratch-gui#1046 where the viewbox needs fixing?
