Expected Behavior

Pixel art should not be blurry on stage

Actual Behavior

Bitmap that is converted to vector and then rotated appears blurry

Here, the word "blob" in the thumbnail image

In order to fix this, all code that handles SVGs (the paint editor and the SVG renderer's "fix SVG" function) should add these image-rendering style hacks to each <image> element in the SVGs.

Unfortunately, implementing this now would work on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, but not sigh Edge. Thanks, Edge. Once Edge is assimilated into the Borg using Blink and V8, it should (fingers crossed) work properly, but that's not gonna happen for at least a few months.
