Expected Behavior

The Terms of Use always links to https://scratch.mit.edu/terms_of_use, as described on both pages that the link might points to.

Actual Behavior

In a narrow/mobile-style window, the Terms of Use links to https://scratch.mit.edu/terms_of_use as expected, but in a wide/desktop-style window, it links to https://mitscratch.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/4000219182-scratch-terms-of-use

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://scratch.mit.edu/'
  2. Click on 'Terms of Use' in the footer
    Note: it takes to https://scratch.mit.edu/terms_of_use
  3. Go back to 'https://scratch.mit.edu/'
  4. Turn on Desktop Mode in the browser
  5. Click on 'Terms of Use' in the footer
    Note: It takes to https://mitscratch.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/4000219182-scratch-terms-of-use
