Another hotfix release since apparently not all Windows machines are equal.

• Windows installer could fail to install bundled dependencies in some devices, this is now fixed.

• Reduced Windows/MacOS trays to be 5px thinner.

• Made update check intervals configurable and added a refresh icon to check for updates manually.

• Added toast notifications for Windows/MacOS automatic updates.

• Corrected local file paths for Windows.

• Added secret service permisson to flatpak for systems that lack secret portal but have secret service available (for example KeePassXC).
