App and launch screen dynamic design improvements

This issue is for improving the adaptability of AppScreen.storyboard and LaunchScreen.storyboard to make them work better across devices.

Specifically, the text for Scribe at the top of AppScreen.storyboard needs to be converted to a form that would allow for the current (or eventual) logo font to be used while being dynamically resized. It would also be helpful to add some bolded text for headers to the setup text, although this might change in #27.

The icon in LaunchScreen.storyboard should also be dynamically sized.

This issue was closed by 616d094 for the design spring in #112. The app screen has been totally redone to be dramatically more visually appealing with icons, properly formatted texts and sections, as well as coloration to make it easier on the eyes.
