Convert Scribe-iOS over to using data contracts

Description

Once work on #584 is finished, the next step will be to convert Scribe-iOS over to using data contracts. We'll do one PR for this even though the work is quite extensive as the underlying data source will be changed. We will do multiple commits for the PR though, and check the progress after each conversion of a Scribe functionality.

This issue will convert over the following to using data contracts:

• Noun annotations
• Plural command
• Translate command
• Conjugate command
• Preposition annotations
