Add numeric keyboard to Scribe-iOS

Description

Common functionality for keyboards is that they switch to a numeric view for certain inputs. This has yet to be implemented for Scribe-iOS, and would be great if we could add this. We'll need to derive the conditions on which the keyboard should switch to the numeric view, and from there add the functionality in so that the view is switched to.
