[Feature] Support bulk adding entries in script settings tables

Website Match (@match), Website Exclude (@exclude), and Permission Management require adding entries one at a time.

Requested:

1. Website Match (@match)

   • Allow multiline paste.
   • One pattern per line.
   • Trim whitespace.
   • Ignore blank lines.
   • Dedupe repeated entries.
   • Reuse existing resetMatch behavior.

2. Website Exclude (@exclude)

   • Same behavior.
   • Reuse existing resetExclude behavior.

3. Permission Management

   • Allow bulk adding permission values.
   • Minimal version: user chooses permission type and allow/deny once, then pastes one permission value per line.
   • More advanced version: allow rows like cors https://example.com true.
