Preamble:

This license governs the use, modification, and distribution of creative content made available on the Steam Workshop ("Content") while ensuring the protection of the author's rights to restrict redistribution.

Definitions:

"Author" refers to the original creator(s) of the Content.

"Steam Workshop" refers to the platform provided by Valve Corporation for user-generated content sharing within the Steam ecosystem.

License Terms:

Permission is hereby granted to any person or entity obtaining a copy of the Content, subject to the following conditions:

Non-Redistribution: The Content, or any derivative works thereof, may not be redistributed on the Steam Workshop or any other platform that enables the sharing or distribution of user-generated content without the explicit permission of the Author.

Modifications and Derivative Works: The Content may be modified or used as a basis for creating derivative works for personal use only. However, any modified or derivative works resulting from the Content may not be distributed, including on the Steam Workshop, without the explicit permission of the Author.

The Author shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use, distribution, or modification of the Content.

Termination: This license is automatically terminated if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use, distribution, and modification of the Content.

Governing Law: This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United States copyright law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the United States.

Entire Agreement: This license constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the Content and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or verbal.
