Adds a new Eagle Eye Mysteries engine for DOS, including detection, resource loading, graphics, animation, audio, music, profiles, mystery selection, site navigation, notebook, gallery, accusation, endings, setup, and scrapbook flows.
The CD release is the primary target and is playable end to end. The floppy release is included as work in progress support, with separate resource layout handling, dialog rendering, map and site logic, Spanish detection, and variant specific audio and music paths.
This is intended as a draft PR for early review while remaining floppy issues and smaller gameplay bugs continue to be fixed.
