I'm trying to set up CodeFormer locally, but I'm running into significant dependency hell. Since the project is a few years old and the requirements.txtfile doesn't pin specific versions, many libraries have had breaking changes or been deprecated. This makes creating a working environment extremely difficult. Even AI assistants suggested it might not be worth the hassle, but I believe a working configuration must still exist.
Could anyone who has recently succeeded in setting up a working local environment for CodeFormer (for either inference or training) please share your complete and exact dependency list?
