Sergey Dadoyan, M.Sc. - Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (University of Calgary) (2025)
I'm a data analyst and bioinformatician who turns messy biological and clinical data into clear, decision-ready insights.
Recently, I completed my M.Sc. at the University of Calgary, where I led the end-to-end analysis of data from 50+ biological samples across multiple experimental conditions in R, Python, and Linux. Currently, I'm developing new pipelines to analyze clinical and biological public datasets. For more information on what I'm currently working on and what scripts I'm using, please check my repositories.
- Data Analysis & Bioinformatics (4+ years): Reproducible analysis pipelines in R, Python, and Linux/Unix; multi-omic data integration; workflow automation (Snakemake, Nextflow).
- Statistics (4+ years): Hypothesis testing, PCA, clustering, correlation, survival analysis, data visualization (ggplot2, seaborn, matplotlib).
