Using labels from codelist

I have question about codelists.

I read the following codelist:
1,Groningen
2,Friesland
3,Drenthe
4,Overijssel
5,Flevoland
6,Gelderland
7,Utrecht
8,Noord-Holland
9,Zuid-Holland
10,Zeeland
11,Noord-Brabant
12,Limburg
Nr,North
Os,East
Ws,West
Zd,South

In Tau Argus output, I do not see the text. I still see for example Ws as Ws and not as West or 1 as 1 and not as Gronningen.

We would like to see the labels in the output files from Tau.
