- Upgrade from EPL-1.0 to EPL-2.0 for broader compatibility. Explicitly allow for relicensing of
deps-newcode under Apache-2.0. Generated projects now default to EPL-2.0, rather than EPL-1.0 as was previously the case. - Update dev/test deps, including in generated projects.
