Taskflow's first release built for any vault, not just its author's.
Portability (#6) — installs clean anywhere: the Tasks plugin is the only requirement, and the panel explains every missing environment piece instead of going quiet. Daily notes follow the core Daily Notes plugin's configuration automatically; projects are optional; every empty section teaches what belongs there. The machine-managed note is now a generic concept (blank by default) — point it at any note a sync tool rewrites.
Architecture (#8) — the core is source-agnostic behind three named ports (task source, project store, line editor), with one composition root and an interop contract recorded in ADR-0004: Taskflow composes with other plugins through shared markdown, and promises never to touch Day Planner's Events sections, the machine-managed note beyond check-off, or any line you didn't act on.
Project pacing, finished — choose capacity (WIP badge), deadlines (chips, soonest-first), or the default hybrid, which adds the pressing loop: a project whose deadline is near but not yet committed offers a one-tap "→ now"; promoting past your WIP limit goes through with the consequence named. Warn, never block. Switching modes is lossless — statuses and deadlines live in your notes' frontmatter.
Polish — Lucide icons throughout, right-click context menus on every row (touch parity for hover actions), Escape exits select mode, reduced-motion respected, and every panel action still carries its undo.
Requires Obsidian 1.7.2+ and the Tasks plugin (emoji format). 99 unit tests; linted with eslint-plugin-obsidianmd.
