Resolves #211

ToDo:

  • refactor clear-all-results and clear-results to use batch delete
  • Test deploy california
  • Clean up the buildup of extra test output
  • enhance build to only output to console if not in test environment (production)
  • Add back aws-sdk and aws-cdk to build externals, reducing lambda bundle size
