Layers added from data library are attributed to wrong user

I added the Global Mangrove Watch data from the data library to the Brasil project and noticed that that action is attributed to Abby in the layer history.

Not exactly wrong, but confusing. Abby added it to the data library so she's the author. Data Library layers aren't special cased yet. For CRW it say "Unknown user" when the automated process updates it each day.
