Aplicar fuente VT323 al canvas del PatternEditor#10

- Agregar textFont('VT323') en constructor de PatternEditor
- Incrementar tamaños de fuente del canvas para mejor legibilidad:
* Header info: 11px → 16px
* Channel names: 12px → 18px
* Cell text: 12px → 18px
* Edit info: 12px → 18px
Ahora el PatternEditor usa VT323 consistente con el resto del UI,
proporcionando mejor legibilidad en el área de trabajo principal.
