Bugfix #1630: "Last Name" column header over a fused full-name cell in the role-assign grids Documents the root cause (the 2.0.1 rewrite split the legacy single user cell of usersAssign.tpl:242 into Login + Name but bound the Name <th> to the last-name-only i18n key, while the cell holds one fused display name from api/roles/index.php:785 -> tlUser::getDisplayName()), the fix (a dedicated user.fullName key in all 10 locale bundles + repointing usersAssignProject.html:86 and usersAssignPlan.html:88), the fr/ro "Nom complet"/"Nume complet" correction found in code review, what was deliberately left alone (usersView.html's genuine split first/last columns), and the 14/14 regression results. Includes before/after screenshots of the grid header.
