docs(#1731): correct the row-count claim to the measured value The wiki page said the refused request writes 0 rows with log_level in (1,2). Re-measured against the WHOLE events table: tLog(...,'INFO') does not persist below WARNING, so it writes 0 rows of any level. Page and docs mirror now state the measured number, not the assumed one.
