Simple edit to start.
Updated folder names from /script/slua-reference to /script/lua-reference & /script/learn-slua to /script/learn-lua. Also updated SLua > Lua terminology in .mdx doc files in the create/content/docs subfolders (guides, Learn Lua). Did not update any SLua terms in the Lua Reference sub pages, only the index.mdx text file. I think this should address the "make the links point at the correctly named folders" problem.

Incorporates Kyle's proposed edit & updates folder names to have links properly pointing towards /lua-reference/ and /learn-lua. Left the internal files in /lua-reference/ largely untouched save for the main index page. Hopefully, this isn't going to break anything.
