The current generated selene yaml is completely invalid.
It includes sections that are not accepted by the selene standard library format
It also generates allot of invalid yaml.
This is basically a complete rewrite of the class used to generate it.
There is more work to do, but this fixes yaml output to at least be valid and cover most use cases.
I have also switched the yaml spec from being based on
robloxto being based onluau
