Description

Note: this appears to be the case in the latest test build as well.

Doesn't seem to matter if you enable or disable AGC - we have some weird behavior here.

Reproduction steps

  1. Login to a WebRTC region
  2. Stand next to a listener and make some noise in spacial voice while doing the following;
  3. Set the Mic volume slider to Max in Preferences > Sound & Media > Voice Input/Output devices
  4. The listener hears no difference until you Toggle the Speak button off and on (#4796), so do that.
  5. Listener, note the volume
  6. Untick the Automatic Gain Control option in Preferences > Sound & Media
  7. Toggle the Speak button off and on
  8. Listener, compare the volume

Observed: There is no perceived volume difference with AGC on or off.

Expected: AGC should attenuate a high volume, and amplify a low volume.
