Description
Note: this appears to be the case in the latest test build as well.
Doesn't seem to matter if you enable or disable AGC - we have some weird behavior here.
Reproduction steps
- Login to a WebRTC region
- Stand next to a listener and make some noise in spacial voice while doing the following;
- Set the Mic volume slider to Max in Preferences > Sound & Media > Voice Input/Output devices
- The listener hears no difference until you Toggle the Speak button off and on (#4796), so do that.
- Listener, note the volume
- Untick the Automatic Gain Control option in Preferences > Sound & Media
- Toggle the Speak button off and on
- Listener, compare the volume
Observed: There is no perceived volume difference with AGC on or off.
Expected: AGC should attenuate a high volume, and amplify a low volume.
