Update bugsplat to version 1.2.6 #4939
Description
Viewer curently uses bugsplat for MacOS which seems to be at least 2 years old. It might have missing features.
As an example there is a better attribute support that allows bugplat to store attributes from a previous session (so we will have accurate data about state of previous session) instead of adding what we can post factum.
