Description

Estate managers and the region owner incorrectly see the 'Moderator options' within a parcel that uses its own voice space. In this type of parcel, only the parcel owner (if agent-owned), group member with moderation permission (if group-owned), or admin should have access to the menu.

Reproduction steps

  1. UserA (estate manager or region owner) and UserB: visit the same region
  2. UserB: set a parcel you own to have its own channel: "Enable Voice" and "Restrict Voice to this parcel"
  3. UserA and UserB: go onto UserB's parcel
  4. UserA: Right click on either user's name in "Nearby chat" and note if "Moderation options" appears in the menu

Expected results:

  • Moderation options should not appear to UserA
  • Moderation options should appear to UserB, and should be usable by UserB

Actual results:

  • Both UserA and UserB have moderation options available
  • If UserA attempts to moderate the parcel, nothing happens (the simulator rejects it)
  • If UserB attempts to moderate the parcel, the operation succeeds (since UserB owns the parcel)
