what do you mean by "not persistent"? This seems to just remove the initial value |

@RoyalOughtness This basically allows setting ENABLE_VULKAN via a custom conf file or via defining it as an environment variable. Without this the value needs to be edited via trivalent.conf which no longer persists changes. |
