StratMC v0.1.1b

Pre-release of the Python package StratMC (pip install stratmc==0.1.1b0). This version of the model is described in the manuscript "A Bayesian framework for inferring regional and global change from stratigraphic proxy records" (Edmonsond & Dyer, submitted to Geoscientific Model Development). The package documentation for this release is archived in stratmc.pdf.
