Review the seek4science website in relation to SEEK Docs and FAIRDOM site

See issue 4 in the seek4science site repo which describes two options:

1. Necessary changes to update the site
2. Retire the site, moving any unique content to FAIRDOM site, replace with redirects.

From meeting with Munazah and Stuart, 2025-04-30:

SEEK docs changes

Home page

• H1, add "Welcome to " before the site title
• Remove the hero graphic
• Demo paragraph, describe what, why to use the demo
• Make the "Get FAIRDOM-SEEK" heading H2 size, not H3
• Remove contact and contribute sections
• Update the panels to have headings, sentence explaining, small graphic, and change title from 'Popular pages' to something else

About pages

• Remove the About sidebar entirely
• Remove the credits page
• The contact page, replace all details with a link to the FAIRDOM contact page

Technical References

• Rename to 'Technical Guide' to closer match User Guide (throughout)
• The Roadmap page, should this be in the documentation pages at all, or elsewhere? Perhaps better in the seek4science pages?

Footer

• Reduce the number of items here. Keep Home and Contact. Don't duplicate from the top nav (except Home).

Other

• Remove graphics from top of pages Contribute, User Guide, Tech Guide, Credits, Contact, Get SEEK.

seek4science changes

Home page

• Update screenshots
• LATER Make boxes look clickable (eg change panel background colour on hover)

About page

• Remove the citing SEEK content.
• Update PALS section, better phrasing
• Link to FAIRDOM site pages for more details

Features page

• Update with new features
• LATER Include images on alternate sides per row

Get page

• At the bottom, move the publications, cite examples here
• For more publications, link to FAIRDOM site pages

Publications page

• Remove page

Registration page

• Remove page

Contact us page

• Update, remove Google Groups bit

Docs page

• Update to reflect the latest structure of the docs site (user guide, technical guide)

Other pages

• Fix broken links eg rightmove
• LATER Update screenshots

Overall

• LATER Refresh theme, not ETT

Update: first pass of SEEK4Science site done, permissions granted.
Next: work on Features list in a new PR. Leave theme work until afterwards (summer).
