Undervolting on Core Ultra 9 285H

Does G-Helper support undervolting on the new Intel CPUs? Upgraded to a G16 2025 from a G16 2024 (AMD) and noticed the undervolting tab is missing. And presumably this will be in a later update, but the slash lighting settings are missing along with the GPU wattage slider not properly tuning the wattage.

@ethanic17 hello, you can’t undervolt Intel CPUs in G-Helper, as there are no known open-source way to do it.

But you can try official Intel Extreme Tuning Utility for that.

Slash Lighting block will be added soon (after I will be back home from a trip and have access yo the laptop)

What’s wrong with GPU slider? What ranges does AC offer for it?

Ahh okay. And never mind, I think the GPU slider works properly. It supports the maximum wattage (100W + 25W Dynamic Boost) but I think dynamic boost just wasn't triggering because I was playing a CPU intensive game (Cyberpunk). Do you know if Intel XTU auto applies the undervolt or if I have to do it each time? Thanks.

@ethanic17 Dynamic Boost depends on drivers, G-Helper just lets you adjust already existing settings on your device.

For Intel XTU, as I remember it as own service so it will re-apply undervolting each time.
