🎮 Overlay adaptation for ROG Ally (#5663)

• Replaced default AMD overlay button with built in overlay
• Hold M1/M2 and drag to move / touch to change overlay mode
• Added discharge rate / battery level indication
• Added separate CPU/ iGPU power readings
• General UI optimizations for Ally
• Remember display for the overlay #5652

⚙️ Other changes

• Updates section is reworked and now checks versions for more components
• Recovery hotkey (hold Ctrl+Shift+Alt+M4 for 3s) to switch back to Standard GPU mode and reboot
