Proposed changes
Our docs on how to integrate with mobile are out of date and confusing. We have been pointing customers to the READMEs in the repositories as these are kept up to date. Only Fox and Nexstar use Nielsen DTVR since it's in Private Beta, and they use the READMEs so there's no point in keeping old info in our public docs.
In addition, the track section was confusing so I cleaned this up.
Similar changes have been made to Nielsen DCR (which is a different integration): #1809
