HAProxy Cluster Manager (haproxy-manager)

[avandeputte]

Please add HAProxy Cluster Manager (haproxy-manager), a self-hosted web UI for HAProxy, Keepalived and acme.sh (GPL-3.0).

• Project: https://github.com/avandeputte/haproxy-manager
• Website: https://ham.iothing.net
• SVG (64×64, square): https://raw.githubusercontent.com/avandeputte/haproxy-manager/main/static/icon.svg
• Suggested slug: haproxy-manager

The SVG is plain vector — four strokes and four circles, no embedded images — and it stays legible at 16 px. I am the author of the project and the icon is its own artwork, in the GPL-licensed repository.

Context: the icon is for a Proxmox VE Community Scripts entry for the app, which pulls its logos from this collection.
