- Add championshipTipsRevalDate field to groups schema
- Create migration for new field
- Add UI in admin page to set reveal date with datetime picker
- Create server action to update championship reveal date
- Add championship tips reveal card to dashboard (shows in last 3 days after reveal)
- Display everyone's championship tips on Championships page after reveal date
- Mirror existing UI patterns for tips display with driver/constructor grouping
