This pull request migrates two new plugins additions changes to the documentation from old to this new.
New Plugin Additions:
semantic-release-linear-issue-statusplugin, which verifies required environment variables and configuration, and moves linked Linear issues to a completed state after a successful release.semantic-release-jira-fixversionplugin, which verifies Jira connectivity and configuration, manages Jira Versions, updatesfixVersions, adds release comments, and transitions issues in the workflow after a release.Related Issue
