Dan/Rebecca: Just use Specification that's a direct part of a Contract.

Add restriction that it's direct part of a Contract?
But some terms are defined without being part of any Contract.

Is a Contract always a signed Contract or just one under consideration?
If no one has signed it, it's content.
When one party signs it, it's an offer.
When both parties sign it, it's a contract.

Note: a PDF of a contract is content defines/represents the contract.
(We don't have such a predicate, consider adding.)

DECISION: Keep the term as subclass of Specification.
