Proposal: Move alerts to UI #1821
Description
It could be a good idea to move the alerting entirely from the config file into the UI and database, including an optional customization of used templates.
The instance admin is able to apply easier some customization and the configuration file gets more simple. For some scripted setup it could be a good idea to provide some ansible module.
