Scatter plot is missing for 8.5

I cannot find the Scatter plot entry in the SCP menu of version 8.5. This tool is documented for 8.3

which is where the Help button sends the user in 8.5.0
In fact, there is quite a difference between the SCP menu reproduced in the doc and the one that is present
in 8.5.0
