The meeting began at 14:05 and ended around 16:30. Some attendees joined virtually via Teams.

VIP Presentations

As the table above suggests, several of today's participants gave a short presentation detailing the work that they have carried out as part of their VIP. To briefly summarise, Cora explained how she implemented an algorithm from the literature that detects cographs; Devansh explained his work relating to permutations on digraphs, edge weights, and error handling in the digraphs package; Josh explained how he implemented a pipeline for testing code blocks in the libsemigroups documentation; Rheya discussed the various algorithms she has explored, implemented and benchmarked for the DigraphEdgeConnectivity function; and Jake explained the work he did in libsemigroups and libsemigroups_pybind11 relating to the to function, the weighted lexicographical ordering, and other small improvements.

These presentations marked the end of the semester one VIP.
